How long will my order take to be delivered?

 Delivery times will depend on your location.

Hampers are prepare and packed when orders are paid in full and confirmation has been confirmed.
Afterpay and ZIP Pay transactions require confirmation from Afterpay or ZIP Pay prior to acceptance of the order.
Orders ship from North Sydney.
Standard delivery time can take 1-5 business days after dispatch depending on location.
We will work with our transport partners to deliver the Goods to you at the Delivery Address provided. We will make our best effort to deliver within the standard time, however events beyond our reasonable control may occur from time to time which means that these delivery times may not be made as expected.

In addition, we offer an Express Delivery option which can be selected at checkout.

Please note, 'failed deliveries' or 'change of address' carry additional fees that are chargeable and payable to the courier company

PO Boxes and Parcel Collect

Deliveries to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers is possible, however as these are not part of our normal courier delivery routes, we would need to dispatch the hampers via Australia Post. Unfortunately the costs of Australia Post for our parcel size is significantly more than our usual courier and therefore any additional costs would need to be charged to the order.

Hospital Deliveries

Hospital deliveries are not as straightforward as home addresses as there is some important information to include with your order such as ward, room/bed number and name,  so we can have the gift hamper delivered without delay.

We always advise customers to check the Hospital's policy on accepting gifts for patients as each Hospital can be different. Some Hospitals don't accept any parcels for patients at all, whilst others are more accommodating.
Please confirm with the hospital before placing an order.

You will also need to consider how long the patient will be in hospital. Sometimes patients are in and out fairly quick and it might be advisable to wait and send the gift to them at home instead.
Once the gift hamper has been accepted by the Hospital, we have no control over how long it takes to arrive to at the relevant ward/room.


Express Delivery

We can arrange for express delivery of your order where required.
The shipping rate are dependent on size, speed and distance of the delivery.

Free Shipping policy

Our free shipping is limited to addresses offered by our normal transport provider.
Deliveries to remote locations could attract a surcharge from our transport provider.
Any additional charges above the normal shipping rates will be added to the cost of the order.

Orders can not be picked up in person or by a courier organised by you.

SUPPLY OF HAMPERS CONTAINING LIQUOR

It is against the law for Hampers Plus or you to sell or supply liquor to, or obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years under Liquor Act 2007 and the Liquor Regulation 2018


It is against the law for Hampers Plus or you to sell or supply liquor to, or obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.


In placing the order with Hampers Plus for a gift hamper that contains alcohol, you warrant to Hampers Plus that:

  1. you are over the age of 18 years
  2. any person that you are obtaining the Goods for, or supply the Goods to, is over the age of 18 years,
  3. you will not take or supply any part of your order to any liquor-restricted area or community,
  4. the hamper can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser
  5. the hamper cannot be delivered to a person at the location where the gift was purchased
  6. gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am to 7pm


Anyone at the Delivery Address (or upon collection) who receives the Goods shall be presumed by Hampers Plus to be authorised to receive the Goods. If the Order includes liquor or other products where there is a minimum age required to purchase, you must ensure that a person over the age of 18 years is available to accept these Goods.
